Here is a list of the services we can process. 【Sheet Metal and Pipe Processing】 ■ Laser cutting (up to 12mm thickness) ■ Bending (up to 3000mm in length for sheet metal, various molds available for pipes!) ■ Press processing, drilling ■ Tapping, chamfering, surface finishing, riveting, etc. We often use STKM and STKMR for pipes, and SPCC, SPHC, SECC, and SGCC for steel plates. 【Welding】 ■ MIG/MAG/TIG welding ■ Spot welding We have 4 robotic welding machines. We also excel in manual welding and the production of welding jigs! 【Painting】 ■ Work cleaning (iron phosphate treatment) ■ Solvent baked painting (mainly melamine and acrylic) ■ Powder coating We have a painting line suitable for mass production. 【Assembly and Packaging】 ■ Installation of parts and components (screws, adjusters, tops, etc.) ■ Cardboard packaging ■ Product storage and shipping We work quickly in coordination with the painting line.
